It is further worked out that the shareholders of Reliance Power shall get 4 shares of RNRL for every 1 share of Reliance Power. The exchange ratio is worked on the independent valuation crafted by KPMG.
Five years back RNRL was crafted out with the Endeavour done by Dhriubhai Ambani's Reliance realm. The sole aim to churn out this creation known as RNRL was to source, supply and transport the fuels, which is the primarily natural gas.
