The Indian music star AR Rahman has said that it was very fortunate that no one from his team was injured in the stage collapse.

A lighting rig had collapsed the stage at time of preparations for a show at Detroit, which damaged the music instruments and also injured many people from the support staff.

Mr. Rahman has also said that due to god's grace everybody are safe and out of danger.

Due to this accident the very talented composer cum singer has been forced to delay his dates for Jai Ho tour to Europe and America. He has said sorry to his fans for the delay of his tour dates.

After this accident the stages will be rebuilt completely for the next shows. Rahman has rescheduled his North America tour dates for coming September. This Indian composer has achieved a great success in the global music arena and worked with several Hollywood blockbuster movies as well.

He has cancelled the shows to be held at Paris, Mannheim and Zurich in this weekend due to the undesired circumstances.
