Rajinikanth delivered a straight forward speech at Endhiran music launch function held at PICC in KL, Malaysia. The music launch was crowded with thousands of Rajini fans. The moment he ascended the stage, the auditorium exploded with clapping. He began his speech by thanking Rahman, as he said, 'Ella pugazhum Iravanukke....'

He added that Shankar, Sun Pictures Kalanidhi Maran, Aishwarya Bachchan and Rathnavelu are the four important pillars of the film, which will create history.

He said, "I'm not saying this just because it's a big budget or Shankar-Aishwarya-Kalanidhi Maaran-Rajinikanth combination. This is the first scientific movie made with Hollywood standards in India".

The superstar praised A. R. Rahman by calling him a yogi, as he doesn't have an ego. Rahman follows the path of love like a true yogi. AR Rahman has all the vital qualities of a yogi.

He also commended Aishwarya Rai by saying that she is exceptionally beautiful and she looks stunning even without make-up. She is a blend of beauty and brains.

When he filmed romantic scenes with Ash, her father-in-law Amitabh would caution him and comically call him 'Rajini gabardhar!'.

Rajini shared that his fans treat him like a baby. He concluded his speech by saying that ups and downs in life are inevitable and one should try to accept both and move on.
