Tough Action Sequences - the Highlight of Dabangg

Submitted by Sangeeta Thapar on Tue, 08/03/2010 - 11:13

The Abhinav Kashyap flick Dabangg, featuring the heartthrob Salman Khan in the lead role is reported to be ready, with the actor to start with its promotion soon.

The flick is Abhinav Kashyap's first directed film. According to the director, the main highlight of the film is its action sequences, which were the most difficult task while shooting.

Kashyap, explained, "The most difficult part of the film was to take care of the action sequences. You need to take many precautionary measures and make sure everything goes right because there is always a fear of someone getting hurt".

Abhinav Kashyap, brother of the famous filmmaker Anurag Kashyap revealed that the star features a role of a tough, however, a corrupt cop. The whole movie has been shot in the rough lands of a small town in Uttar Pradesh.

The director hails his movie to be highly influenced by Anurag Kashyap's filmmaking grandeur; however, the movie is one of its kind, outlined Abhinav.

Abhinav has expressed his spectacular experience of working with Salman.

Salman's elder brother Arbaaz Khan, producer of the film, also features in it. The film is scheduled to hit the box office in September.
