Arvind launches exclusive brand outlet (EBO) in Hyderabad

Submitted by Garima Pathak on Wed, 08/18/2010 - 05:58

Arvind Limited the market leader in apparel retailing in India today launched a new Exclusive Brand Outlet (EBO) concept in Hyderabad. This is the first example of such a unique store in the country but the company aims to come up with 20 EBOs in Andhra Pradesh alone by the end of current fiscal.

Even the company has plans to make this concept popular in pan India as it would also be setting up 100 EBOs more across India in next two year.

The company is currently on an expansion spree and is aggressively pushing its presence in the Indian market. It also plans to double up its fabric retail revenues from Rs 400 crores to Rs 800 crores by end of FY 12-13. This also indicates that the new store launches will subsequently contribute to around 25% of this expected revenue.

The new outlet launched by the company will flaunt brands like Arrow, US Polo & Flying Machine. It also has some novel set ups like 'Arvind Denim lab' wherein a customer can completely personalize his denim.

Then other interesting proposition of this store is "Studio Arvind"- that converts new-age innovative fabrics into shirts, trousers, suits and denims.
