Kajol dismissed any idea of making Karan Johar her 'rakhi brother', even though she does not have one of her own, saying that he is much more than a brother for her.

Kajol and Karan Johar's friendship is much talked about in Bollywood.

Kajol has said that Karan is her friend and she has always felt that connection with him. For her, a friend is someone who a person chooses, and is not born with.

That way, Karan is more than a brother for her, and they share a unique and fantastic friendship, and she is extremely grateful to have him as a friend in her life. She also added that her belief was that bonds are made from the heart.

Kajol has also said that bonding like friendships and relationships come from the heart and rakhi is a just a way to reaffirm that relationship with one's brothers.

However, if one does not tie a rakhi, it does not mean his or her relationship or friendship is any less from any aspect.

Kajol ended the talk by saying that she will spend her Raksha Bandhan with her daughter's many cousins who will be coming to their home for the occasion on Tuesday.
