In the 3rd sequel of Golmaal, Kareena Kapoor’s character’s name is Daboo. She is playing the character of a complete “chavanni chhap”, who is one bindaas babe. She has given the suggestion for the name of the character as Daboo, as it is the nickname of her father, Randhir Kapoor in the industry.

The character of a housewife, who name is Ekta and who loves gossip and TV soap serial, was played by Kareena Kapoor in the second sequel, Golmaal Returns. In the second movie, Tushar Kapoor, who in real life is brother of Ekta Kapoor, played Kareena’s brother in the movies. Ajay Devgan had played the role of the character opposite her.

Now in the third movie, she is playing role of a tomboy. By the prospects of playing a character who is namesake of her father’s nickname, the actress is very excited.

As it is her father’s name and has sentimental value for her, the actress is sure that it will be lucky for the film and it will do well after the release. Meanwhile, the rest of the cast is being finalized by the producer and director.
