On Sunday night Russian President Dmitry Medvedev attended a concert of the British singer, Elton John in Moscow. After seeing it he said that John is very serious work and he has very high quality voice. President was cheered by his three hours of live music.

In his four-decade career John has achieved great success. He has sold more than 250 million records. Finally he became all time one of the most successful performers of all time.

All over the world there has been wide selling of his single "Candle in the Wind 1997". It has sold over 33 million copies. It is the best selling single in Billboard record.

He has over 50 Top 40 hits, as well as seven successive No. 1 US albums, 56 Top 40 singles, 16 Top 10 and so on. Elton John has written a letter and requested the Russian President Dmitry Medvedev to come and visit his show.

He sends the application for St. Petersburg show on December 13 but the Russian President Dmitry Medvedev decided to visit him in Moscow concert only.

The singer said that as he is the true lover of modern rock music so he should come to his concert and sneaked him. The president accepted and visited the concert.
