Dell’s new target is to reform State Health Services
Dell has formed a team of experts to help US for making health care services mandatory for all. As a result of the health care reform the added into law on 23rd March by the US President Barack Obama, at least 30 million people will join the Medicaid.
Before their joining all of them will have to register at the health information exchanges, which will be required by the federal government and is to be set up by 2014 in the states.
The third largest computer making company, Dell has created a team of consultants to help the US states for completing this activity. Round Rock Company has said that it has formed a state health services group to provide help to the states for their effort towards this legislation.
The director of state health services of Dell, Melissa Boudreault has said that there is not enough time to build the exchanges and there is very little time available for this. Melissa is also leading this initiative from Dell.
The company has got an aid worth 386 million dollars from the federal government to help 40 states for building the exchanges.
