Qik pulled out its app from HTC EVO - temporary

According to the recent reports Qik, a video calling application is facing problems with its calls and supposed reason being an over-dumped server.

According to the reports released from Qik the server was jammed and was brimmed with 20 times more than its capacity.

Qik further reported via its blog that it will bounce back once the issue is resolved but for the time being it appears that Qik has pulled its application from the Android platform.

As of now no official pronouncement about the re-launch of the application has come up.

Some of the reports stated that it is a fault that was observed by HTC EVO 4G’s software or hardware as Fring works perfectly well with the network.

However the trade experts lay blames upon the third party service provider aka Qik who should have taken extra care in launching the service as the EVO 4G was expected to have a huge opening but Qik was careless in creating it.

Some even claim that they found it difficult to open the site of Qik on EVO 4G’s releasing day.
