Telugu villain Rami Reddy passed away on Thursday
Telugu villain Rami Reddy passed away yesterday, on April 14th, 2011 due to liver and kidney failure.
The actor has played negative roles in more than 250 films across many languages like Tamil, Kannada, Malayalam, Bhojpuri and Hindi.
Rami was poplar for his role of ‘'Spot Nana' in the famous film Pratibandh starring southern superstar Chiranjeevi and Juhi Chawla. He was 52, when he was going through kidney and liver transplant but he could not make it.
He was also a journalist with a Hindi and Urdu newspaper and after this he made his debut with the southern film Ankusam. In Hindi Film Industry, he has been featured in films like Gunda, Waqt Hamaara Hai, Talaash, Khuddar etc.
The actor played negative roles because it suits his personality, his physique, his baldpate and rough voice.
Shyam Prasad introduces Rami to the film industry after meeting him two times at the shooting spot of a film he was producing. Since then, the actor had given huge hits in Telugu and the milestones in his career are films like Gayam and Ammoru (Amman in Tamil).
