Salman Khan's Ready music launch party was organized at Mumbai's Filmcity. Ready starring Salman Khan and Asin, produced by Bhushan Kumar under T-series will be scheduled for release on 3 June 2011.

Various celebrities were present at the music launch of Ready including Asin, Arya Babbar, Mahesh Manjarekar, Anuradha Patel, director Anees Bazmee and music directors Pritam and Devi Sri Prasad, Akhilendra Mishra, Sharat Saxena, Niketan Dheer, Zarine Khan, Rajat Rawail, Sohail Khan and Boney Kapoor.

Superstar Salman Khan performed on the song Character Dheela. Salman along with Asin and Zarine Khan felicitated the people who have been associated with Filmcity from long time.

Persons who were felicitated for their hard work and dedication towards Filmcity include Mr. Rathod who retired after serving for nearly thirty years as manager and Shivaji Bhosle, assistant manager since 31 years and S. M Kadam in service for nearly 25 years as security guard along with others.

The music album of the Ready contains songs like Dheela, Dhinka Chika, Humko Pyaar Hua and Meri Ada.

The album also contains the remix versions of four out of eight songs.
