In search of London foe!
East London, Hackney has been considered as the poverty struck area of Britain, but few areas could be considered safe here until few days ago, two baby girls faced a mere to escape attack by a fox.
In the rural of Britain, the fox population is increasing and is becoming the cause of worry as earlier the hackney foxes had lived alongside area but the same can’t be considered that the foxes have been living in harmony since then as well.
According to John Pugh, chairman of the Welsh Farmers Fox Control Association, the Hackney fox attack is a "wake-up call" and an alert for the authorities to the chaos of urban foxes, which can go big after some time, as foxes do not have natural enemies.
However, the parents in Hackney are worried about the local fauna as earlier it was a thing to go excited when a fox was traced in the woods alongside. But these days they seem to be everywhere. Now safety of the children is the prime concern for the hackney residents.
The three-storied Victorian house where the nine-month-old twins were attacked is easy to spot, as the camera crews, photographers are keeping a vigil outside.
One of the twins, Lola, who was bitten on her face, is recovering well in the Royal London Hospital. On the other hand, the other twin, Isabella, who had the more serious bite, on her arm, has had surgery at Great Ormond Street hospital.
The fox barged inside the house on an evening when the doors of the house had been left open and the parents were watching television. The twins were asleep upstairs.
