‘Ella’ - a contraceptive technique or Abortion factor!

Submitted by Rajiv Srivastav on Sun, 06/13/2010 - 15:50

Pregnant women in the United States may very soon have a new variety of contraceptive that will stop unnecessary pregnancy after insecure sex, according to UPI. This “innovative” morning after tablet, named Ella, is produced by HRA Pharma of Paris. The company expects to obtain Food and Drug organization authorization soon.

The contraceptive pill (Plan-B) is analogous to RU-486 because both of them are able to abort the pregnancy after defenseless intercourse.

The general morning contraceptive pill facilitates only up 72 hours after the unprotected sexual intercourse as compared to 120 hours for the latest birth control tablet ‘Ella’. This directs someone to believe that using the medics is the same of an abortion. Ru-486 works for up to 9 weeks after intercourse.

The span of time that ‘Ella’ is effectual in post-coitus makes someone feel that it is purely an improvised abortion method that is influential enough to kill a foetus that has been rooted inside uterus.

RU-486 was not exclusive of its own disagreement. In the year 2008 analysis, only 3 percent of women questioned claimed that their physician conversed about “Plan B” with them, probably reflecting a prevalent idea that the jab prompts abortion of the foetus.
