UK’s growth forecast to get downgraded!
On UK's fiscal front the expectations are growing to downgrade the Labour government's growth estimates. According to the analysts they expect the official Budget Responsibility to be concluded by the former Chancellor's 2011 forecast which was too optimistic.
The emergency budget estimate shall be finalized by the independent body on June 22. The editor of BBC economics, Stephanie Flanders expresses that it could be a sign of the financial front getting stiffer for the public. The former Treasury official Sir Alan Budd, is the responsible person for providing independent figures for economic forecasts.
According to the Prime Minister David Cameron the OBR figures may depict the scale of the issue cropped up. To deal with the chaos of £156bn deficit would affect the lifestyle of people there. The budget has put the economy and the millions of working peoples hope at stake along with the pensioners. It is expected that if the Tory-Liberal coalition raise the VAT, then it is deemed that the Labour must oppose it.
