India's number one telecom company, Bharti Airtel has announced the launch of its voice-blogging service in the country. The name of this service is 'Airtel Blog'. This will provide an all new experience to the users of the social networking sites.

The voice-blogging service from Airtel will allow some of the excellent features with social networking sites. As per the Airtel officials, this technology will allow millions of its subscribers to share recorded voice with their friends. They can upload their own voice updates in the site and their friends and family members can be able to listen it anywhere in this world.

According to Bharti Airtel, the soft launch of 'Airtel Blog' was quite successful. The company had managed to register a huge customer base for this service. Airtel had around two million users in the first three months of its launch in its soft launch period. The company has also said in a statement that, the service has become the fastest growing voice-oriented social networking service in the world.

Bharti Airtel President (Mobile Services), Mr. Atul Bindal has said that the service has taken the concept of micro-blogging to a new high.
