Proper food is the best medicine

Everybody needs to eat food to stay alive, fit and healthy. But recently, some doctors have found out some of the amazing fact on this food supplements. As per them, food which we take can also determine some of the facts like how easily we can resist cancer causing toxins, how elastic our blood vessels are and whether we are on the way to heart disease or not.

As per a recent study, it has been found out that, the quality of calories which we eat has a great impact up on our longevity and chronic diseases. There may be very powerful fighting agents in the food we take.

The doctors and researchers have informed that people who are suffering from diabetes, they need to consume fewer calories in their diet. So they need to get right kind of foods and need to exercise more than two hours a week.

The experts have advised that the foods should be naturally nutritious. The foods are categorized according to their protection from the diseases like cancer, diabetes, high blood pressure, constipation, anemia and heart disease.
