Cognizant acquires Galileo Performance

Cognizant has announced that the company has acquired Galileo Performance.

Cognizant is one of the leading global information technology firms of the country while Galileo Performance is a Paris-based IT testing consulting services provider. This has been informed by the Cognizant in a statement.

However, the financial aspects of the deal have not been disclosed yet. Cognizant has said that the deal is going to help the company immensely in its operational part. It has also informed that Galileo is the leading service providers of France in optimization and extension of business performance the top companies in the country.

Galileo is outstanding in the field of IT system measurement, management and testing.

The company has informed that the French company will help Cognizant in improving its fast-growing global testing practice.

Galileo is having more than 10,000 testing professionals with it so the deal is going to be an advantage for the company. Cognizant can improve its existing business presence in France and can further expand it as well. It can also improve its stand in other part of the world with its service.
