Windows Live Messenger application in iPhone

Submitted by Sarla Bansal on Wed, 06/23/2010 - 17:46

Microsoft's Windows Live Messenger application for the iPhone platform is ready for download.

It is said to be the fourth application developed by Microsoft for the iPhone. The iOS 4 application will include the new Windows Live Messenger Wave 4 features, integrating with social networking applications such as Facebook, Flickr and Skydrive that we assume, might bring a jolt of rejoice.

As the facts suggest the application's chat feature will aid in users to interact with contacts on both Windows Live and Y! Messenger and supplied with a version of integrated Hotmail, it permits users to read, reply and compose new e-mails using the software. As the case of Bing for iPhone, Windows Live messenger is not yet available everywhere.

European countries, including Belgium, are only capable enough to download two applications by Microsoft from the Apple store at present, the Seadragon and Tag Reader applications.

Microsoft stated: "Windows Live Messenger application is the best way to connect with the people that matter most and keep up with the things they are doing across the web."
