20-year-old, India's Badminton sensation Saina Nehwal has become a national icon now. She has managed to continue her good show in the international arena in past one and half years. Saina has won the title of the Indonesia Open Badminton Super Series. This year has been quite successful for the player.

The Indonesia Open Badminton Super Series title has been third consecutive title for Saina after India Open Grand Prix and the Singapore Open Super Series. Most importantly she has managed to sustain in game dominated by Chinese and South East Asian players. In the latest rankings she has reached to the third spot.

Saina has said in an interview that, now she is looking forward to reach at the top spot in the rankings and to make the country proud by winning a medal in the Olympics games. Former team India skipper Rahul Dravid has said that this victory of Saina has been a phenomenal achievement. Dravid has also said that her determination and ability will inspire the youth of the country.
