Football Fans Sustain Injuries in Warm-up FIFA World Cup Match
Football fever seems to have gripped football fans. A number of fans are planning to go to South Africa, the destination for 2010 FIFA World Cup. The World Cup will start from11th June, 2010. Many newlywed couples have reportedly rescheduled their honeymoon dates to watch the World Cup.
The opening match is scheduled at Johannesburg. 32 teams will participate in the tournament. The teams are divided into eight groups. According to Jerome Valcke, FIFA General Secretary, this year has witnesses a 50% increase in profit compared to the 2006 World Cup held in Germany.
