Assembly Polls Approach; Modi Tours Bihar for Campaigning
For the Assembly polls that are approaching, Gujarat Chief Minister Narender Modi will go on a tour to Bihar, as told by Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) General Secretary Ananth Kumar.
This tour aims to make it clear that all the rumors are false about the splitting up of BJP and Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar's Janata Dal United (JDU). Narendra Modi will be a part of this crusade in Bihar, and he will ask for votes at the time of the election in November 2010 Bihar Assembly elections.
Earler, Nitish Kumar had requested not to allow Modi to visit Bihar for campaigning for the upcoming elections, and reports also confirmed that BJP had also agreed to this request. Also, many regional dailies in Bihar had shown both the politicians holdings hands, with Modi being hailed by Kumar.
"We are going to win the Bihar elections. The alliance would continue to prosper. The BJP-JD (U) alliance would remain as strong as ever. And Narendra Modi would definitely campaign in Bihar", said Ananth Kumar who is also the BJP's Observer for Bihar Affairs.
With this, Kumar also added that the party's victory will commence from Bihar, as it is the foremost link in the chord of country's political chain for BJP.
